Stokarea is a curated self storage directory operating at stokarea.com.br and stokarea.com. We are not a self storage operator — we are an information aggregator and free concierge.
Only what you voluntarily submit through our contact and partner forms: name, email, desired city, volume, term, requirements and, for operators, storage name and website.
We don't use third-party tracking cookies. We use aggregate analytics (no personal identification) to understand site traffic.
Solely to reply to your concierge search or assess a commercial partnership (operators). We don't resell, don't share with third parties, don't send unsolicited marketing.
Concierge requests: 12 months after the last interaction.
Partner operator records: during the partnership + 5 years after termination (accounting / tax obligation).
You can request at any time: access, correction, deletion, portability or consent revocation of your data.
To exercise these rights, email contact@stokarea.com with subject "GDPR" or "LGPD". We reply within 15 business days.
We process your data on: consent (checkbox in the form) and contract performance (replying to your request). Without these, no processing happens.
